The Heart of Aviation Maintenance – Production Planning and Control
The Production Planning & Control (PPC) Department is the core of operational reliability within our maintenance structure. Comprising the Maintenance Control Center (MCC), Production Planning Engineering (PPE), and Maintenance Coordination teams, this unit ensures seamless communication between Technical Operations, CAMO, and Flight Operations, securing safety and efficiency at every stage.
Highlights:
- 24/7 coordination of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
- Close collaboration among MCC, CAMO, IOCC, GOCC and Logistics Services ensuring uninterrupted operations
- Broad authorization under EASA Part-145 and SHT-145, supporting one of Türkiye's largest operational fleets
- Active responsibility for 77 aircraft, expanding to 166 as part of SunExpress's fleet growth plan
