With our Thrust Talent Program, SunExpress is shaping the aircraft maintenance technicians of tomorrow.
Launched to bring qualified professionals into the aviation industry, the program continues to expand each year in collaboration with Eskişehir Technical University, Kocaeli University, and Cappadocia University.
Through this special initiative, young talents combine their theoretical knowledge with real operational experience — supported by structured internships, mentorship, and a guaranteed opportunity for full-time employment within SunExpress Maintenance Organization.
